Toyin is dual qualified in two jurisdictions and has practiced in London and the Counties since 2003.  She also has an ICSA qualification in Charity Law and Management.  

She advises on all aspects of commercial and residential property including acquisition and disposals of business assets, lease renewals, de-enveloping, lease extensions and HMO’s.  

Toyin thrives on managing and maintaining long-standing relationships with her clients and she successfully manages transactions of varying complexities. She has worked with developers, investors and high end retailers from Europe, Africa, Asia and North America and also acted for local charities.  

She currently serves as Trustee and adviser to UK charities.
