Practice areas
We take our task of providing legal support and assistance to our clients very seriously. From our offices, located in the heart of the City, we advise companies, entrepreneurs or individuals in their domestic or international affairs.
We deal with real estate and intellectual property, debt recovery, employment relations, the resolution of disputes and arbitrations, tax planning, and the management of movable or immovable assets. Brexit changed the legal and business scenario, but the commitment and expertise of our solicitors with a solid European background allows us to assist clients even in the UK, which now has a different relationship with the European Community and its laws.
Some of the areas which have been affected by Brexit and on which we advise are privacy law, the application of cross-border rules to food law, cybersecurity, finance law and the protection of financial investments and real estate, asset management in the light of international taxation as well as the creation of businesses on both sides of the Channel.

when it all began
Our story
Rocco Franco and Domenic Pini first established the firm in 1997. They created a new concept of the legal profession, consolidating their experience, combining multilingual practice in the different areas of Italian, English and European law to assist multicultural clients in an increasingly diverse world. Since its establishment, the firm has built a solid reputation among international firms for its specific expertise in European and English law. Brexit today presents new challenges, in which the experience of dual-qualified multilingual professionals is a real asset to the firm.
