Monica qualified as an Italian avvocato in 2008 and as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2009. 

Monica joined Pini Franco LLP in 2004 and became a partner in 2013. 

She advises individuals and companies on all aspects of residential real estate, including advising on the acquisition, management, development, financing, letting and sale of high value properties, both single properties and large portfolios. 

Monica has been involved in the sale and purchase of some of London’s most prestigious properties for international clients. She primarily deals with sales and purchases, lease extensions, freehold enfranchisements but also advises on the granting of third party rights, release of equity  and secured loans. 

Monica has particular experience in assisting Italian investors and developers operating in the UK.
