Marina Bellucci
After graduating in Law from the University of Naples Federico II, Marina obtained a Master’s degree in contract law and national and international arbitration.
Marina gained her experience working full time in a well-established law firm in Naples, particularly in contractual matters, and has successfully worked on civil and commercial litigation.
In 1998 Marina qualified as Italian Avvocato registered at the Council of the Bar of Naples since then.
She subsequently opened her own practice and worked as a consultant with different law firms in Naples, Milan and Rome mainly in civil litigation.
Relocated in London in 2000 for family reasons, Marina joined Pini Franco first as registered European Lawyer and then qualified as a Solicitor in 2014. During that time she had the chance to deepen her interest for succession matters and completed a course work in property and probate with the aim to extend her knowledge across two different legal systems: English and Italian. Her dual perspective allows a better and complete awareness of the matter and potential pitfalls.
In the last 15 years Marina developed a huge experience in cross boarder civil matters. Within the Private client department at Pini Franco Marina gained an excellent ability to navigate International private law mainly in contractual and succession matters . Thanks to her knowledge of the main principle of English law combined with her deep knowledge and experience in Italian civil law, Marina provides tailored legal advise helping clients highlighting aspects unrevealed at first, always with a practical approach which is greatly appreciated by our clients.
