Domenic Pini
Domenic graduated in law from Cambridge University in 1974. He was called to the Bar of the Inner Temple in 1977 and practised as Counsel at Gray’s Inn and Lincoln’s Inn for over ten years before being enrolled as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 1988.
Domenic’s area of practice includes corporate and commercial transactions work involving the purchase and sale of companies and business particular through non-UK investors, structuring and reorganisation commercial entities, joint ventures, commercial agents, and distribution, particularly in luxury goods, manufacturing, food distribution and start-up sectors. He advises and represents art galleries in the London market for the sale and acquisition of works of art and advises on employment law particularly in contractual and dispute resolution area.
He also acts as legal adviser to several Italian state institutions in the United Kingdom.
He advises clients on non-domicile, resident, and non-resident tax related matters in which have a cross border element in the field of income and inheritance.
Domenic was the founder and President of the British Italian Law Association from 1988 to 1994. Council Member of Business Club Italia. President of the Rotary Club of the City and Shoreditch (2018/2024). Freeman of the City of London. Awarded “Stella d’ Italia” by the President of the Italian Republic in 2015. Board Member of International Jurists. He is also trustee of several charitable organisations.
