Pini Franco LLP is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (www.sra.org.uk) which is the independent regulatory arm of The Law Society (www.lawsociety.org.uk) and is responsible for regulating solicitors. We are a recognised body to provide legal services and Pini Franco LLP’s SRA is 514837. We are required to comply with the Solicitors Code of Conduct 2007.
A copy of Pini Franco LLP’s complaints procedure is available on request. The Legal Ombudsman (www.legalombudsman.org.uk) deals with any complaints regarding our services to clients.
