Our commercial real estate team is comprised of experienced and skilled specialists whose technical know-how, market knowledge and commitment to innovation provide the outstanding level of service demanded by our clients.

We have advised on many large commercial real estate transactions within the UK and have been instrumental in establishing several leading Italian government, industrial and retail operations within the UK. We aim to build strong and lasting business relationships with our real estate clients. We anticipate and protect our clients from the traps that often arise in negotiating complex commercial property deals.

• Acting for institutional Landlords including commercial freehold and leasehold acquisitions, surrenders of leasehold property including Landlord insolvency related negotiations and freehold and leasehold disposals.
• Acting for Tenants on commercial leasehold acquisitions and disposals including lease surrenders throughout England and Wales.
• Retail leasehold acquisitions and disposals in prime UK shopping centres.
• Advising government and corporate bodies in relation to head office relocations within the City of London.
• Development projects including site assembly and negotiation of development agreements.
• Acquisition and disposal of commercial real estate covering all market sectors.
• Real estate finance on behalf of developers and purchasers including the negotiation of debentures, charges and subordinated loan agreements.
