Profile
Rocco qualified as an Avvocato in 1992 and as a Solicitor in 1994. He has practised law for most of his professional career in the City of London.
He has an extensive experience of setting-up business operations and advising clients on international acquisitions, intellectual property rights and inward property investments, particularly in the UK and in Italy. His work has a particular emphasis on cross border aspects of transactions, contracts, trusts, litigation and regulatory issues.
Rocco acts for individuals, institutional clients and many well known Italian and English businesses of different sectors including design houses, fashion retail, logistics, engineering and banking. He advises a number of Italian Industrial Associations and their members on substantive and procedural aspects of English law.
He is the President of the British Italian Law Association, and a member of Business Club Italia, Associazione Internazionale dei Giuristi di Lingua Italiana. He is also a Trustee of charitable organisations in the UK.
He frequently lectures and writes articles on commercial legal topics for various publications. Rocco is a keen offshore sailor and enjoys outdoor sports and activities.
