Monica is a dual qualified Solicitor and Italian Avvocato. She is fluent in Italian and English having moved from Italy to work in the City of London in 2004. Prior to her switch to London, she was employed in well known law firms in Italy and Belgium where she gained first class commercial law experience.
Monica specialises in all aspects of residential property transactions. Her work includes assisting clients with the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties and also dealing with leasehold enfranchisement and lease extensions. She brings a professional but friendly and practical approach to ensure that transactions are completed smoothly and within the client's timetable and budget.
Monica has particular expertise in advising Italian clients - individuals and corporate bodies – wishing to invest in UK residential real estate. Having considerable experience of the Italian and English legal systems she is able to guide clients through the complex legal process of investing in the UK. She has established an ongoing relationship with property agents assigned specifically to assist Italian buyers investing in the UK, particularly in the London market.
In her freetime Monica enjoys visiting modern art museums and cooking for her friends.
