Fionnuala graduated in 1994 with an LLB (Hons) degree. She was admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 1997 and has practised continuously since qualification in the City of London.
She advises on all aspects of Commercial Property including Landlord and Tenant, institutional portfolio acquisitions and disposals and property development. She is an experienced negotiator and has acted on several high profile commercial property transactions in prime City of London locations.
Fionnuala acts for many well known retailers and has direct experience of many of the principal shopping centres in England and Wales including Westfield, Bluewater and the Trafford Centre.
She advises foreign investors on the acquisition and management of sites for distribution warehouses throughout England and Wales.
Fionnuala advises investor landlords on the legal aspects of property portfolio management.
She has specialist experience in the railway privatisation sector.
Fionnuala is a member of Women's Irish Network (WIN) and in her spare time enjoys organic farming, rustic cuisine, art and classical music.
