Domenic graduated in law at Cambridge University in 1974. He qualified as a Barrister at Law at the Inner Temple in 1977 and practised as a barrister in Grays Inn for over ten years before enrolling as a Solicitor in 1988.
Domenic's area of specialisation is commercial and corporate transactions involving share and assets purchases, corporate re-organisation, joint ventures, franchising, distribution and agency. He also has extensive experience in advising on private client issues particularly with a cross border element including non-domicile and domicile tax issues, inheritance tax, Will drafting, probates and trust settlements.
He advises industrial and commercial companies in the areas of manufacturing, fashion, food supply, retail distribution, restaurants and software.
Domenic was the founder and Chairman of the British Italian Law Association from 1988 to 1994. He is currently Chairman of the Mazzini Garibaldi Club and a Council Member of Business Club Italia.
He has also been President of the City and Shoreditch Rotary Club and been made a Freeman of the City of London.
Domenic cycles regularly and his interests include international politics, comparative religions and art.
